Powerlifting Series (8 Weeks)

In our uplifting environment we will push and encourage you to lift more weight than you thought possible. We will have specific programming to get stronger in the squat, bench and deadlift. We will provide detailed instruction on the intricacies of each lift.  You will receive a full body strength training workout geared to make you stronger and improve your level on the Paradigm Sport Leaderboard!
