This class is taught by:
Fast-paced, fun, HIIT kickboxing class delivers non-stop cardio and core training with heavy and hydro bags. 60 minutes.
 
Bring your water bottle. Water refill and towel service available. Gloves or wraps are required and available for purchase. A few glove sets are available to borrow.
