It’s a well-known phenomenon that taking on intense physical challenges as a group can help each individual rise to a higher level — athletically and emotionally — than they might on their own. Plus, working out together is much more fun!


Bootcamp Santa Cruz offers a challenging, effective, and enjoyable group fitness experience. Classes are held outdoors on the beautiful Central Coast. Each class is packed with exciting and varied exercises to keep the workouts enjoyable every time. The sessions are designed to tone and firm every muscle in your body while delivering a great cardiovascular workout. You will move from one exercise to the next with little rest in between, keeping the intensity level high and burning maximum calories.


Men and women of all ages and abilities are welcome; no one will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely, and no one will go home without being challenged. As the group grows stronger, each successive workout will gradually dial up the intensity. Whether your goals include weight loss, general fitness, endurance, or just feeling great, you will inspire and be inspired.
