Sensei is a master fighter, master tai chi artist, and open water distance swimmer with a healer’s heart. He blends fitness, tai chi, and martial arts to empower self confidence through self-defense skills.

Then you may be aware of your deep self and you won’t hurt the person, because you know what is the power in you already, and you will walk in peace.”
Sensei’s instruction draws inspiration from his 30+ years of martial arts study and practice; kyokushinkai karate, Tai Chi, Thai boxing, kung fu wing chun, sword fighting.
