Youth Sports Conditioning at Paradigm Sport in Santa Cruz, CA
Youth Sports Conditioning is all about building a young athlete’s base of movement, strength, and conditioning. Each day is centered on teaching the athletes body awareness, motor control, general movement, and weight room safety. This program includes: soft tissue work, mobility exercises, speed and power work, light strength exercises, and conditioning. This program was designed to prepare a young athlete for their sport and a smooth transition into our High School Sports Specific Training Program.
