High School Sports Specific Training provides our athletes everything needed to excel at their sport of choice. Each day’s full body training program is designed to improve speed, power, mobility, strength, and conditioning. Our coaches work tirelessly to ensure optimal lifting technique and safety for all athletes. Once an athlete can pass our specific stength standards, they will progress to a specific, individual training program. Programming can be designed for a variety of sports including, but not limited to: baseball, football, basketball, volleyball, soccer and surfing.
