Youth Performance Training is all about building a young athlete’s base of movement, strength, and conditioning. Youth Performance Training is centered on teaching the athletes body awareness, motor control, general movement, and weight room safety. Programming includes: soft tissue work, mobility exercises, speed and power work, light strength exercises, and conditioning. It is designed to prepare a young athlete for their sport and a smooth transition into our HS Performance Training Program.
