Jazmine Sosa

Jazmine is passionate about advocating for and growing the impact of women’s sports at every level. She’s driven by the opportunity to share her knowledge and skills to help the next athlete become just a little bit better each day.

A former UCLA softball catcher (2012–2016), Jazmine also spent time on the Bruins’ coaching staff from 2017–2019, focusing on pitcher development. She now brings that same dedication and insight to the Santa Cruz softball community, mentoring athletes and helping them grow both on and off the field.

Outside of softball, Jazmine loves being outdoors—whether it’s hiking, lifting, doing yoga, biking, running, or paddling out. She also teaches ceramics; a creative outlet she believes athletes naturally excel at.

Jazmine was drawn to Paradigm Sport for its commitment to excellence, discipline, and education, and it’s understanding that becoming an elite athlete requires more than practice, games, and willpower alone.
