Strength in Numbers
Team Training provides a high-energy, team environment that pushes our athletes beyond what they could do on their own. We prioritize a full range of movement through a combination of cardiovascular, bodyweight, and strength training exercises.
Heart rate monitors are used to keep intensity high, as well as track our athletes’ caloric expenditure during and after their training session. Regardless of sport, hobby, or goal all athletes train to improve their endurance. Team Training is designed, in combination with our Personal Training program, to allow our athletes to perform at the highest level for their sport and life.
