ou did it! You committed, you worked hard, and you probably saw some real progress. Maybe your clothes fit better, your energy is up, or you crushed some workouts that used to feel impossible.
But now comes the tricky part: what happens next?
A lot of people finish a challenge feeling amazing… then slowly slip back into old habits. And before they know it, they’re right back where they started. Sound familiar?
Trust me, I get it. Every time I finish a big challenge—whether it’s training for something specific or just dialing in my routine—I feel great. But if I don’t set my sights on what’s next, I fall into a rut. Workouts get inconsistent, nutrition slips, and before I know it, I’m off track. That’s why I always make sure I have a next goal lined up.
And that’s exactly what we’ve seen with our members here at Paradigm. Our 6-Week Challenge? The results were incredible—people lost inches, got stronger, and built momentum. And our MyZone Team Challenge that we just wrapped up? It took motivation to another level, pushing everyone to show up, push harder, and compete in the best way possible. The energy was off the charts.
So now that it’s over… what’s next for you?
1. Keep the Routine (Just Turn the Dial Down a Notch)
During the challenge, you had structure—workouts, food choices, accountability. Instead of stopping cold turkey, keep the routine but make it more sustainable. Maybe you were training five days a week—stick with three or four. Maybe you meal-prepped like a pro—keep the basics but allow for some flexibility.
2. Focus on the Big Wins
You don’t need to track every calorie or be perfect every day. Just hit the big rocks:
- Get protein at every meal
- Eat veggies daily
- Move your body consistently
- Sleep at least 7 hours
- Drink water like it’s your job
If you focus on these, you’ll stay on track without feeling overwhelmed.
3. Set Your Next Goal
You just proved you can commit and get results—so what’s next? Maybe it’s getting stronger, leaning out a little more, or just feeling great year-round. Set a new goal and make a plan to hit it. Having something to work toward keeps you from drifting.
The Bottom Line
The challenge was never the finish line—it was the launch pad. Now’s the time to build on that momentum and turn short-term progress into a long-term lifestyle.
And if you need help figuring out the next step, you don’t have to do it alone.
