Performance Specialist

Abby enjoys discovering what clients want and learning how to help them. She is specifically interested in coaching correct form to address chronic pain and allow for optimum full-body strength and fitness development.

An elite mountain bike race competitor for 11 years is a testament of her joy for this cycling sport. Abby also loves to study capoeira and Congolese, Senegalese and Guinean dance forms, rhythms, and drumming. She is an avid student of human movement who voraciously consumes exercise, health, injury rehabilitation and fitness research.

Abby is a San Jose State University graduate, BS Athletic Training. She is a certified Personal Trainer (ACSM) and a certified Athletic Trainer (ATC). She’s been personal training and coaching mountain bike riders of all levels for 6 years. She says, “Movement is my life!” It’s her personal goal to keep learning and growing so she can help you learn how to feel better in your body.
