Colten Young

Colten is inspired by witnessing the growth of young baseball players in sports and life. The knowledge of having had even a small impact on helping players get to the next level brings him a ton of joy.

He played baseball (P: shortstop) at Aptos High and college prep/travel/club teams. He loves many sports (volleyball, golf, football, pickleball) and has played a good deal of them competitively; his two favorites are baseball and bowling. He’s a beachgoer, a hiker, and a budding pianist.

Colten’s devotion to infield work drives his career aspiration to reach the highest level of coaching baseball that he can.
