JACK HARRIS

Performance Specialist
Jack wants to help people of all ages and fitness levels become better versions of themselves. Whether you come to get in better shape or be a better athlete, he’s excited to coach, motivate and assist you in reaching your goals. Knowing that the work he does makes a difference in people’s
lives is something he’s always wanted in his career.
His favorite sport? You guessed it, baseball. He’s been a passionate player from the age of 4. His professional baseball career began post-college with the Gateway Grizzlies and he’ll be with the Lake Erie Crushers in Spring 2022. Jack admits that he’s got a love for competition in just about
anything. Maybe someday we’ll see him competing in CrossFit games. He enjoys camping, spending time with his family, traveling to places new and unknown, and he’s up for the challenge of giving new things a try too. Baseball has taken him to 10 U.S. states so far. One day, his cumulative travels will take him to see all 50 states.
Jack is a Newberry College graduate, BS Exercise Science. He was a 4-sport high school athlete: football, wrestling, baseball and track and field. He is a certified Personal Trainer (NASM). He’s going to continue his education in this athlete training line of work and coach young athletes to
become the best they can be.
