Javier Felix

Javi is passionate about helping others reach their full potential—both on and off the field. Paradigm gives him the opportunity to share his athletic experience with other athletes. He is inspired by working with the Paradigm team that values development, hard work, and community.

Since childhood, he’s loved baseball and played at every level through college, pitcher and infielder. He earned All-State recognition in high school, received CCAA Newcomer of the Year and D2CCA All-West Region honors while at California State University Monterey Bay.

Growing up in Santa Cruz, Javi developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors and staying active. He also enjoys relaxing with his family and watching a good movie.

Javi is building his career in sports through playing, coaching, and helping athletes develop. He plans to pursue his teaching credential with the goal of coaching and teaching at the high school level. His personal and professional growth will help him give back to the community that supported him.

He is a graduate, University of California Monterey Bay, BA, Human Development and Family Science. He believes mindset is everything for everyone and bringing positivity, clarity, to every day helps us achieve our goals.
