Jen Taft

Performance Director

Jen brings a wealth of experience in performance training, athlete development, and leadership in high-level environments. Her career has spanned over a decade across NCAA programs, elite private-sector facilities, and most recently, the High-Performance Department
at Driveline Baseball.

Jen’s background combines deep knowledge of human movement, strength & conditioning, and program design with a clear passion for helping athletes of all ages reach their full potential.

She holds a master’s degree in Exercise Science from SUNY Cortland, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC), and is also certified in Precision Nutrition, FMS, RPR, and USA Weightlifting. As a former NCAA DIII Track & Field athlete, Jen understands firsthand what it means to train, compete,
and perform at a high level.
