George brings decades of high-level playing and coaching experience to Paradigm Sport. He enjoys sharing his deep knowledge of the game with athletes of all ages, whether he’s leading a group session or working one-on-one in a private lesson.

George played locally at Santa Cruz High before continuing his career at Cabrillo College and later Gonzaga University. In 1997, he was drafted by the Chicago Cubs in the 3rd round of the MLB Draft and went on to play three years professionally. Competing at the collegiate and professional levels gives him a unique perspective on player development and what it takes to advance to the next level.

For the past 23 years, George has been coaching baseball between Santa Cruz and Kona, Hawaii. His experience spans youth development through advanced athletes, and he is passionate about helping players build strong fundamentals, confidence, and a true understanding of the game.

Having dedicated most of his life to baseball, George remains deeply committed to the sport and to mentoring the next generation of athletes both on and off the field.
