Jack Bollengier

Baseball Coach
Jack Bollengier brings a diverse baseball background and passion for athlete development to Paradigm Sport. A Santa Cruz native, Jack played competitive baseball throughout his life and continued his career at multiple collegiate levels, including Division I, junior college, and Division II. After beginning at Sacramento State, he continued his playing career through two junior colleges before graduating from Westmont College. His journey through multiple programs and coaching styles helped shape his adaptability, perspective, and appreciation for individualized development.
Jack earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Westmont College and spent a year as an assistant coach with the University of Hawaii baseball program, working alongside experienced coaches while helping support offensive strategy, player development, and team culture.
Jack’s coaching philosophy is centered around individuality. Having played for five different college head coaches, he understands that every athlete learns and develops differently. He believes in blending mechanics, movement awareness, mindset, and athletic identity to help athletes reach their potential, rather than relying solely on data and metrics. Jack enjoys working with athletes who are open to a holistic approach and committed to long-term growth.
As a former Paradigm athlete himself, Jack was drawn to coaching at Paradigm because of both his positive personal experience and his passion for hitting development. He values the strong culture and community at Paradigm and strives to help athletes perform confidently while staying authentic to who they are.
Outside of coaching, Jack enjoys fishing, mountain biking, and camping.
