Cass Baugh

Cass brings a friendly face and a calm, welcoming energy to the front desk at Paradigm Sport. A lifelong swimmer, former high school swim team captain and varsity water polo player, she loves being part of an environment that encourages people to stay active and push themselves.

Outside of the gym, you can find her at the beach with a good book or winding down with her favorite video games.

Cass is a UC Santa Cruz student, recognized for her academic excellence with six consecutive placements on the Dean’s List. She is excited to be part of the Paradigm community and is always happy to help members feel supported the moment they walk through the door.
